You must to have a healthy diet. ~ You must to do sport every day, for example the swimming or the basketball. ~ Don't eat a lot of food. Only like a prize, eat a sweet. For example, 5 weeks doing exercise, one sweet. 6 weeks later, other sweet. When you do 3 or 4 times this, you don't need the sweets!
He has to eat more fruits and vegetables and not eat ice-creams,chocolate,cakes and other food that contains many sugars. He hasn´t to smooking. He must to do sports every day too.
