WATER POLLUTION

After watching the video, tell me some ways to prevent water pollution.

  2. There are many things you can do to prevent water pollution:

    -Conserve water by turning off the tap when it is not necessary.
    -Don't throw paints,oils or other litter down the sink or toilet.
    -Don't throw litter into rivers,lakes or oceans.
    -Don't use toxic cleanig products at home.
    -Don't throw the bateries,recycle them.

    The video is difficult but I understand a little.

    Water can be contaminated in several ways:
    ~For urban wastewater, also called black water or sewage, which are those that come from household baths, washing machines, sinks ...
    ~For industrial wastewater are from the petroleum and chemical industries.
    ~For water from agriculture, because they contain pesticides and herbicides that kill plants and animals. Besides fertilizers, cause excessive growth of algae, which unbalance the ecosystem.
    ~Also we should not throw garbage into rivers or lakes, because they have dangerous bacteria that can harm the environment.

    I am write only one question, I'm writen more, ok?
    -Not put medicines in the sink, because washing dishes can intaltrate the medicines for the sink, and go to the rivers, lakes...
    -Not pull contaminants products for the toilet.
    -Use the oil many times, not only one, thus store oil, and also not pollute so.
    -Not pull waste to the floor, because the infiltration tthe take in the lakes, oceans, rivers, seas...

    -Not use detergents or no use many times detergents.
    -Not throw the rubbish to the rivers,seas,oceans,lakes...
    -Not to shower or brush your teeth with tap running
