DO YOU LIKE COOKING?

During the week, you've learnt some new vocabulary related to food. Gosia seems to be quite interested in trying some of the most traditional meals in Spain. Can you write a recipe of your favourite meal for her? 
This video will help you. Remember to list the ingredients and the kitchen utensils needed. Don't forget to use the imperative in your recipe.

    .Ingredients:
    -4 or 5 Tomatoes.
    - 1 Bread
    - 2 or 3 eggs.
    - Ham.
    - Oil.
    - Water.

    . Utensils:
    - Blender.
    - Pan.

    . Explication:

    1º. We take the bread, tomatoes and oil in blender. We take a little oil.

    2º.When you´ve fought well right out of the blender and made into a dish.

    3º. Then I can made the egg. So we take the egg to the pan with boiling water. I made the eggs without peeling.

    4º.After 5 minutes we took the egg boiling and we take off the shell.

    5º. Made ham and chopped egg to the source or recipient.

    6º. When you´re done and stick in the fridge.

  2. Ham Omelette. Ingredients:
    -All of eggs that you want
    -Mixeds of ham
    -Oil
    -Salt

    1) You broken the eggs and put in the pan.
    2) Add the mixeds of ham in the pan , with the broken eggs
    3) You add a little amount of oil
    4) Move the pan and with the fork , also move.
    5)In 2 minutes , the omelette is ready to eat , so you put the omelette in a plate and.. ¡ To enjoy!

    Ingredients:
    Ham
    Loin
    Eggs
    Flour
    Breadcrumbs*
    Potatoes

    Preparation:
    1. You Beat* the loin with a meat tenderizer*
    2. You cut the ham in long and thin pieces.
    3. You have to roll the loin in the ham
    4. You have to cover the result in the flour
    5. You have to cover all in the egg
    6. And again, you have to cover all in the breadcrumb.
    7. Finally, you have to fry.
    Usually, is served* with potatoes and mayonaise or ketchup.

  4. My favourite meal is rice:
    You need for do rice:
    ● Olive oil.
    ● Onion.
    ● Green pepper.
    ● Tomato.
    ● Chicken broth.
    ● Rice grains.
    ● Warm water.
    ● Chicken

    Utensils
    A pan
    Some spoons
    A big glass

    Preparation:
    You have to put the water in a pan, it have to be very warm.
    In an other pan, you have tu put the chicken and the tomatoes and the pepper.Then you have to put the rice.
    Then, you put all this things in the pan with water.
    And you have to wait 20 minutes.
    So, you have a very good rice!

  5. Hello! My favourite food is a dessert, the cake of chocolate. For this cake you need:
    Ingredients:
    -Custard.
    -Biscuits.
    -A big piece of chocolate.
    Preparation:
    -You put the chocolate in a recipent and this in a microwave. When all the chocolate is melted, we extract it of the microwave.
    -At the same time, in an other recipient you put milk and you put the biscuits in the milk, and when they are a bit melted you put the biscuits like a base in an other recipient.
    -Then, is very easy, you put a cap of custard, then, a cap of chocolate, a cap of melted biscuits, a cap of custard...
    -For decorated you can put what do you want.

    This is a Spanish plate.I hope you like it.

    Potato omelette.

    Ingredients:
    -Potatoes
    -Eggs
    -Salt
    -Oil
    -Onion(if you like)

    Utensils
    -Pan
    -bowl
    -beater
    -skimmer
    -knife

    Preparation:
    1.Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices.
    2.Put oil in the pan and frie the potatoes.(also the onion if you want)
    3.Broken the eggs and beat then.
    4.Add the fried potatoes into the beat eggs.
    5.Mix it and put it in the pan with a little bit oil.
    6.Cook it for the two sides and wait.

    The omelette is ready.
    You can eat with salmorejo and bread.It is delicious!!!

    "Albondigas"

    Ingredients:
    - Minced meat.
    - Floor.

    Utensils:
    - Pan.
    - Bowl.

    Preparation:
    1- You have that put the minced meat in the bowl.
    2- When the minced meat is in the bowl, you knead* the sminced meat, in circular form.
    3- You have that put the circular form of sminced meat in the refrigerator, for cold the sminced meat.
    4- When the sminced meat is cold, you put the sminced meat in the pan.
    5- When the sminced meat is fry, you have out the fry sminced meat of the pan.
    6- You have that putting in a dish the several "albóndigas".

    SOUP

    Ingredients:
    -White bone
    -Chicken thigh
    -Ham-Bone
    -Espinasa-bone
    -Piece of stale bacon
    -Potatoes
    -Celery
    -Leek
    -Carrot

    Utensils:
    -Pan
    -A buckets
    -Ducks

    Preparation:
    -Put a pan of water
    -Take all ingredients to boil
    -And cook over low heat for 1 hour
    -Take a little salt
    -Let boil
    -And then made the noodles for 15 minutes

    I explain a cake in Spain it called bizcocho

    Ingredients:
    3 eggs
    1 yoghourt of lemon
    Flour
    Sugar
    Oil
    Lemon scratches
    Yeast
    Butter
    Utensils:
    1 mold
    Oven
    Preparation:
    Put in the mold butter and flour
    Make a dough with above ingredients
    Put the dough in a mold
    Introduce this dough in the oven 170 degrees during 45 minutes

  10. Hello!
    My favourite meal is Chicken wings.
    Ingredients:
    ~Chicken wings
    ~Garlic
    ~Oil
    ~Salt
    ~White wine

    Utensils:
    ~A skillet
    ~A trowel to remove

    Preparation:
    1º-Put the oil in the skillet for heat it.
    2º-When the oil is heated, toss the garlic.
    3º-Toss chicken wings in the skillet too.
    4º-Remove everything until the wings are browned.
    5º-Add the white wine and let it some minutes.

    INCREDIENTES:

    -Aceite.

    PREPARACIÓN:
    Tostar el pan cerrado en una parrilla 3 minutos.
    Abrirlo rápidamente echarle el tomate y el aceite.

    Explication:
    1º open bimbo bread
    2º place the slices of ham and cheese
    3º add the oil
    4º and eat it

    Ingredients:
    *pita bread
    *chicken
    *lettuce
    *tomatoes
    *mayonaise
    --IF you like you can put quail eggs--

    Utensils:
    your hands.
    mixer.

    Explication:
    -you crushed tomatoes with chicken and lettuce, then you put de mayonaise with the sauce.
    -when you mix every you put in the pita bread

    -laurel
    -salt

    Explication:
    1.-Boiling water with oil, garlic, onion, laurel, salt.
    2.-Then,the water boil 5 minutes,add the rice.
