- We are going to start with seven times three from the class list. That person has to make one "I'm thinking of a number" card.
- In decreasing order, the next one will solve the number.
- The one who wrote the card will say if it's correct or not. If not, he/she will say the answer.
- The one who tried to find the number will write another "I'm thinking of a number" card and so on.
I'm thinking of a number |
We can start now until next friday (april 1st).
Nazareth misses her turn. Juanma, you have to write your "I'm thinking of a number" card.
ReplyDelete9x+1=6x-5
ReplyDeleteJuanma, you have to write your "I'm thinking of a number" card. Look the examples by clicking on the image. You don't have to write an equation, but a card.
ReplyDeleteI´m thinking of a number...
ReplyDeleteIf you multiplied my number by 3 and add 4 , the equal is 19.
Bye! :)
RULE CHANGE: Anyone can answer. When someone get the correct answer the next one in the list will write another "card"
ReplyDelete3X+4=19
ReplyDelete3·5+4=19
ANS: The number is five
Good Job! Who is the next in the list? Come one Coke, it is your time!!
ReplyDelete"I'm thinking of a number. If you multiply my number by 6 and then subtract 215, you will get my number.
ReplyDeleteBye
Coke , you will say the equal of the operation because if you don´t say this , we can´t resolve the equation =)
ReplyDeleteBye!
Antonio, you have to write the equation first, and then solve it. It's different from the one you made, but it can be solved. Go ahead guys!!
ReplyDeleteThe answer for the Coke's equation is "-215/6", because you can't simplify these equation!
ReplyDeleteCan you write the equation, Javi?
ReplyDeleteOk!
ReplyDelete6x-215=x
I made the change of number 6x to negative!
Is my answer good? =)
Good night!
The answer is 43...
ReplyDeleteHello class again!
ReplyDeleteI´m thinking of a number...
If you multiply my number by 10 and then add 7 you will get 67.
What is my number?
Bye class! :)
It's very easy!
10x+7=67
ReplyDelete10x=67-7
10x=60
x=60/10

ReplyDeleteHello!
ReplyDeleteI thinking of a number...
If you multiply my number by 7 and then add 3 you will get 38.
Hi!
ReplyDeletex multiply by 7 + 3 is 38
x is 38/7 - 3
x is, aproximately because you can't divide 38/7, 5,43
x is, aproximately 2,43
(Really 38/7 is 5,428...)
By!
I think that the answer of inma isn´t correct.
ReplyDeleteI think that the answer is:
38-3=35
35/7= 5
So, the x is equal to five.
5·7+3 =38
Blanca is right! Who's next?
ReplyDeleteI think that the next is Miguel!
ReplyDeleteThe activity is finished. Well done guys!!
